Frequently asked
What is your cooking method?
We cook on wood fire, over oak and beech embers. These woods gently scent the cuts and bring to our dishes a flavour that only flame can give.
What are your opening hours?
Lunch: Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 14:30. Dinner: Tuesday to Saturday, 19:15 to 22:30. Closed Monday and Sunday.
How do I get there by metro?
Liège (line 13) is a 5-minute walk; Blanche (line 2) is 6 minutes; Trinité — d'Estienne d'Orves (line 12) is 6 minutes. Distances measured via OSM pedestrian routing.
What is the average price per person?
Budget between €60 and €100 per person, depending on your choice of dishes and drinks.
What are your specialties?
Our house highlights côte de bœuf, alongside a selection of meats and fish grilled over wood fire. We work with several suppliers and different breeds, so each piece has its own character.
Is there a dress code?
No particular dress code — smart-casual is enough. We simply ask guests to remove hats inside the restaurant.
Where can I park nearby?
Three public car parks within walking distance: Garage Mansart (4 min walk), Parking de la Trinité (5 min), Parking Clichy-Montmartre (9 min). Paid surface parking on weekdays.
How do you handle food allergies?
Allergens present in our dishes are listed directly on the menu, so anyone can compose their meal with peace of mind.
